How artist are borned??

Have you ever wondered.. how teenagers like us get the stroll of success in the music/acting industry??

For example :

1. Taylor Swift (20 years old but debuted at 17)
2. Miley Cyrus (17 years old!!)
3. Selena Gomez (17 years old!!)

Most of them are either same age or older then by what?? 2 years old?! seriously.. how did they manage to did it?? haha.. i wonder if america's music industry policy is about you got an AWESOME single or perhaps a sit-com to start off (which captures the hears of million).. den your chances of success in the industry will be 10000% confirm?? Damn.. why am i borned a malaysian?? =P

Somehow i saw this video in Facebook.. where tons of people have commented it.. and i thought.. maybe perhaps how artist are born?? Such a tender age, he was able to strum a guitar?? and sang jason mraz song?? wth wei.. seriously.. though lyrics are blurry but still.. it is still unbelievable.. aint it??
